Editorial transparency

Corrections policy

We aim for accuracy. If you spot a factual error, an inaccuracy or outdated data, let us know and we will fix the article.

How to report an error

Email the newsroom at kievbusinesscentre@gmail.com or use the contact form with the subject "Correction".

Please include:

  • a link to the article and, if possible, the specific paragraph;
  • what exactly is wrong (a legal rule, a number, a quote, a date);
  • the source you rely on (law, official clarification, publication).

Response times

  • We confirm receipt of your message within 2 business days.
  • Review and publication of the correction — up to 5 business days after confirmation.
  • If the topic requires additional verification with outside experts, we will let you know and give an approximate timeline.

How corrections are labelled

Corrected articles show an "Updated: [date]" line in the article header. For substantial corrections (a change to a legal reference, a key number or a conclusion) we add a short note at the end of the piece explaining what changed and why.

Minor editorial fixes (style, spelling, link maintenance) are not treated as corrections and are not labelled separately.

Complaints about a piece

If you believe an article harms your reputation or violates your rights, send a formal message to kievbusinesscentre@gmail.com describing the article and your reasoned position. We will review the complaint and reply within 10 business days. Where appropriate, we publish your comment or clarification inside the article itself.

Right of reply

If your company or you personally are criticised in a piece, you have the right to send us your position. We will add it to the article or publish it as a separate piece if it significantly extends the context. This does not depend on whether the newsroom agrees with that position.
